Workflow Of Magnetic Separation Production Line

Material in silo is sent to PE jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for initial breaking. Material after initial breaking is driven by conveyor into fine jaw for second breaking. Material after second breaking is sent by conveyor to vibrating screen for checking the size of discharged material. Material with unqualified particle size is returned to cone crusher for re-breaking, which is qualified. Material is sent to the ball mill for grinding. The minerals after grinding are classified according to the size of the classifier. Unqualified minerals are sent to the ball mill for further grinding. Qualified minerals are sent to the magnetic separator for roughing, and then to the second magnetic separator for cleaning. After the material is dehydrated, the phase can be obtained.
